Lifestyle Change Outline

Good evening!

This is my intro test blog to see how this works. I need somewhere to document exactly what is going on, because I think I will do better if I have some record of what I am doing. I like having checklists and marking things down that I have done. So these are my rules and goals.

Rule # 1
NO ICE CREAM

Rule # 2
Eating non processed foods as much as possible

Rule # 3
10 workouts a week

Goal:
Goal weight: 140 by May 1st
                      135 by June 1st

I have a week to figure out how to use this. So we will see how it goes :)
